Courses completed online can be transferred to your studies based on the study plan. Before registering for an online course, the student fills out the study plan and submits a signed copy to the RPL coordinator or program manager of their studies. It is recommended to submit the plan at least two weeks prior to the beginning of the online course. The RPL committee then makes a decision which the student will be informed of. A study contract is not added to the online study plan. When the course is completed, the student presents a certificate to their RPL coordinator.
The instructions above only apply in case of online (virtual) courses, students participating in Erasmus+ blended mobility (short-term on-site mobility combined with virtual part) should follow the regular process for study plan and learning agreement.
